Ringback
Our free ringback service notifies you as the vehicle is about to arrive to pick you up by giving two rings on you telephone. To set it up from a mobile create a new contact in your directory called 'Taxi outside' and store the number 01305 768800 against that entry. When we call you to indicate we are arriving your mobile will show 'taxi outside'. There is no set up from a landline. In either case the is no need to answer the call.
